At Miansai, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, non-customized jewelry. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve our craftsmanship.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our Miami studio, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
